You can now book your hire vehicle, request an invoice, contact the roadside assistance service or make an accident report from your mobile, thanks to the new Goldcar application, one of the market leaders in car rental in Spain and the most significant dedicated to the tourism sector. From the App you can not only book your car or access the Goldcar network of offices spread over 9 countries, you can also: Access HELP: providing direct access to the roadside assistance service and helpful FAQs. You can also request an invoice for a contracted service. And in case you unfortunately suffer an accident or the theft of your car, from the app we provide a simple guide to notify us automatically with all the details, making the management associated with these incidents more flexible. Waste of time, memory and energy!

Masterpiece of IT failure! Utmost crap software. Cannot book the car - no way to obtain confirmation SMS for Poland - so you must book on your PC. No way to add Goldcar card to your wallet- it redirects you to booking page. Not to mention discount codes that are not valid, though still with validity date, a must to switch between booking and “Goldcar club”. Plus no way to digitize your data on the go - wait for confirmation email. Want more? Fares for the same car are higher on phone app than on website. Must have been designed by Burlador de Sevilla.

Apka nie jest intuicyjna, nie zapamiętuje takich drobiazgów jak karty kredytowe, by dokonać niektórych czynności podchodziłem po 5 razy i poddawałem się Naprawdę wymaga dopracowania
