Zostałam wylogowana z aplikacji, a przy próbie logowania dostaję komunikat, że moje konto nie istnieje.
Przy próbie założenia nowego konta pojawia się komunikat, że szczoteczka jest już przypisana do innego konta.
W efekcie nie mogę używać aplikacji i niektórych funkcji szczoteczki.
Nie polecam.

The application for improvement
The application itself would be fine if it weren't for the almost daily logouts from the account. This makes it difficult to maintain the cleaning cycle because the toothbrush stops working in the selected program. After logging in again, you have to re-enter the program. A minor issue is that it doesn't always display the battery level in the app.

I have problems
The same situation as wrote by other users - after update I can’t find my toothbrush in app and is impossible to add it to the application. The error that the device is already exists. Please fix it.

App disconnected from toothbrush
I’m not doing such rants often but this is really irresponsible. Some functionalities of the toothbrush are tied to this app and not possible to use without it. All of sudden after the update app logs out. After I reset the password I can’t connect the toothbrush anymore because it is supposed to be “already registered”. I have paid for a toothbrush that has several smart features that contributed to its price and now o can’t use them because you don’t know how to update an app. I will not recommend this toothbrush again.

Update firmware does not work
Nothing really works in this application. I cannot update my toothbrush as after update it still shows the old version after "successful" update. Other functions are very buggy and make you regret purchasing brush for smart features.

Awful app
Connection to Bluetooth stopped working very quickly and now still cannot be restored. Without it device is not able even to change time zones after switch from winter to summer time in our region. App itself also has some disadvantages. Like erase of history button doesn’t have safety message before, only after you accidentally clicked it you receive a message that all data now deleted and also it is not possible to restore it.

Loose connection
