Works terrible with CX Plus

After last update smart control is pretty unusable. If I want to enable transparent hearing or change equalizer settings app keeps disconnecting phones (or one random phone). Sometimes restarting app help, sometimes not.

Gdy kilka lat temu kupowałem Sennheisery HD 4.40BT to jednym z czynników które brałem pod uwagę była dedykowana aplikacja. Wspomniane słuchawki są nadal w sprzedaży i wszędzie widnieje informacja, jakoby mogły być obsługiwane z poziomu Smart Control co jest dalekie od prawdy. Już kilka lat temu apka przestała wspierać ww. model co jest bardzo słabym ruchem.

Wrong Momentum Wireless 3 images

I have two Momentum Wireless 3 headphones: one black and one white. The app used to display different images for both of them so I could easily pick the right one. Now the app displays both as black and I can’t change the name of either of them so I always need to guess which is which. FIX IT PLEASE!

Ta aplikacja to jakieś nieporozumienie, podłączam słuchawki do telefonu, klikam w aplikacje żeby sie uruchomiła a ona mieli, mieli i nic, dopiero po całkowitym zamknięciu klikam w nią drugi raz i dopiero wtedy po jakichś 10 sekundach sie uruchamia. Druga sprawa to profile dźwiękowe, mam do słuchawek podłączone dwa urządzenia, telefon i konsolę ps5, na telefonie (urządzenie nr1) mam ustawiony profil dźwiękowy własny, dostosowany do muzyki, na konsoli (urządzenie nr2) mam ustawiony profil dźwiękowy własny dostosowany do gier. Włączam słuchawki, mam zamiar słuchać muzyki na telefonie, a ta durna aplikacja nie potrafi automatycznie ustawić profilu który ostatnio był na nim używany. Czyli efekt jest taki ze np gram na konsoli, a potem chce słuchać muzyki, to muszę zmieniać profile ręcznie, co wiąże sie z ponownym uruchamianiem aplikacji, która działa jak by chciała a nie mogła, a wystarczyło by, żeby system zapamiętał który profil własny był używany przy urządzeniu nr 1 a który przy nr 2

Постоянные зависания приложения

Постоянные зависания приложения, каждый раз приложение не может найти наушники с первого раза.(приходится выгружать приложение и запускать заново). А после последнего обновления мои наушники произвольно выключают и включают микрофон во время разговора по любому приложению со звонками. И так по 5-10 раз за минуту. Пользоваться наушниками как гарнитурой стало просто невозможно

Momentum 4 call rejection problem

Can you fix momentum 4 drivers because in 90% of time when somebody call you and you answer on headphones you reject connection immediately. And I have few situations when headphones was frozen and only factory reset help. Headphones sounds excellent but drivers are a little buggy :/

Shame

Very slow app, I need to wait couple of second to change the app screen, headphones cannot get updated for 2 months, the update is progressing until "something went wrong" and that's it. Nothing helped so far. Cannot send a feedback or ask a question via app, app is not user friendly, it reacts to what I click or tap in a manner of seconds but it should be so quick i barely notice that. Awful job with the app and shame as I have the newest sennheiser momentum true wireless and I cannot even update them.

EDIT: EDIT: Wrong. Still High End Option switches off just by starting your buggy app. So again we need a 3 updates for the app to get back to mediocre.

Not valid: /This time it took you just one update to fix your update. Congratulations!/ Each time you issue an update you show how (un)professional you are Sennheiser. Each update screws basic options (Transparent Hearing and Firmware Update AGAIN). This time additionally you screwed up the equalizer High End option which switches off by itself. How do you want to convince users that you produce solid stuff when you fail with basic software EACH AND EVERY TIME. Not to mention that you fail with cooperation of your equipment with Apple equipment.

Good but needs fixing

The app itsel very useful, however I’d suggest a few fixes that would help to increase user experience. Automatic window once suggests to update from start the app, and the new version has difficulties with connection to the device. Furthermore, the new app automatically sets the headphones to factory settings. By this, you can unexpectedly call someone you haven’t spoken to in years and the person would hear the sound of cash register in the supermarket. Guys, please fix this in the new version, because so far it’s not the perfect usage of the app and Sennheiser system overall. Thanks, cheers!

Since last update (version 2.3.1.3702) connection finally works!

When we have basics done, now I can start using app. It’s simple (big plus) and have most that I need.

I never used voice assistant, so is it possible to change function of physical button on headphone to “anc mode changer” or “transparent hearing volume”? This would be very useful feature!
