Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Very helpful

It gives me peace of mind, knowing that I don’t have to think of what to buy and to balance my diet. Whenever I jump onto the meal plan after a setback I feel way healthier.

It is also so much different from the other apps! First of all, it is enough to satisfy my hunger while still helping lose weight and give me all the nutrients I need. Because most of the functions are free I have grown to love the app and now I’m more inclined to buy the premium to support this great project :)
