Aplikacja nie działa poprawnie, ma problemy z wgrywaniem plików. Jeśli już uda się wgrać jakiś plik, dzieli tekst na jednominutowe fragmety, które nawet nie odtwarzają się jeden po drugim. Kontakt z pomocą nie przyniósł żadnych rezultatów, gdy poprosiłem o zwrot pieniędzy za subskrypcję otrzymałem informację, że mogę co najwyżej anulować dalsze subskrypcje. Jestem rozczarowany działaniem aplikacji jak i podejściem do użytkownika, który płaci za użytkowanie aplikacji.

New app version = Loss of function and lack of support
The app changing interface changed everything. Including getting rid of what was value in the app. 1) it is not possible to play back pre-recorded recordings 2) it is not possible to play recordings continuously if they contain more then one page was . You have to start the player with each new page. Completely useless for books 3) no new texts to read are loaded 4) support does not offer any help by pointlessly delaying me 5) there is no way to get back to the well-functioning version 6) no possibility of getting back the money invested in a bad way 7) the worst treatment of a user imaginable
