Never again will I trust this app. Can’t recover my master password. The link I get by email for recovery says “expired link” when I click right away..

Don’t trust LP anymore
The way LP communicated their data breach completly baffled me. Had to change all my passwords and move to another password manager.
Their press releases were lacking in transparency and were too slow.

Be careful storing password with last pass, they suffered a lot of hacks in 2022. Yes, your passwords are protected by a master password known only by you, but they can't protect the vaults regardless

Switching to different PM
First of all the free version is now useless since you have limited attempts to switch the app on your devices. Next is the recent security incident (minor, but still…). I also prefer to host my vault on my own. But most of all Ive lost trust to LastPass and my data kept on it. I’m not confident enough to be sure my privacy is being utterly respected. It was also unclear to me how to manage SSO logins on multiple pages (like AD login) LastPass kept nagging me about duplicate passwords instead.

Simply awful
I hardly ever rate apps but this one deserves it. Sends me an email warning that someone is trying to access my account at which point it became impossible to log in to change the password. The app is built in such way that there's no way to either recover or delete your account in such emergency. I had to create a new account just to contact support because that stopped working too. Support got back to me after 2 whole days and now after I got back to them with details they requested there's been silence for 4 days. What an absolute disgrace and joke of a 'security' app. Don't touch this rubbish!

A bit of disappointment
I have used LastPass for a month and now I feel disappointed. First month was a premium trial and now I am on a free version of this app. Only now I have learned that in free version you cannot use it both on computer and mobile. Imho it makes this app useless unless you want to use paid premium version.

…przy pisaniu poprzedniej (niezbyt pochlebnej recenzji) nagle appka kompletnie się wylogowała blokując face id uniemożliwiając dalsze pisanie opinii.
Lastpass jest fatalnie zintegrowany z iOs. Brak możliwości automatycznego dodawania nowych stron z hasłami (wszystko trzeba ręcznie wpisywać i aktualizować), bardzo często nie działające automatyczne uzupełnianie już zapisanych w programie haseł… można długo wymieniać. W porównaniu z wersją na androida i PC to przepaść. I mówimy tu o całkiem drogim rocznym abonamencie za to wszystko.

Sync issues
Used trial version with little to no issues, purchased premium subscription today and all of a sudden the Vault on my iPhone is empty and not syncing. Reinstalling the app fixed it but it’s annoying to not be able to access what you just paid for a moment ago.

Wersja Pro to jakiś żart. Będąc w delegacji nie miałem dostępu do swojego konta ponieważ używałem go ostatnio na PC. Postanowiłem więc zakupić wersje premium żeby dostać się do moich haseł... I co ? Brak haseł konto czyste ... Log out nie pomaga. Traaagedia scam a bardzo lubiłem tą aplikacje.

Used to be the best
I really enjoyed using LastPass. For ~2 years it was my one and only password manager. What I appreciated and used the most was syncing between my laptop and my phone. Since the last update and new policy this option has been removed from free accounts and it now requires a paid subscription. I do not like this new bussines model and I think this decision might actually make you loose some clients instead of incereasing your revenue. I am such a client and will be switching to some other solution. Wish you all the best, if by any chance you decide to go back to the previous model I will consider using LastPass again.

Terrible decision about 1 device policy for non premium users. I am pretty sure the managers have not done any research what is available as an alternative. There is plenty of options to get free password manager. So I am switching, too.

App is good but does not always catch password fields especially in apps.
It’s also quite pricey - 50$ a year is very expensive in my opinion. They have also been raising the fee for the last few years, although I’m a loyal customer. That makes me disappoint, son.

Best option for iPhone
I started using LastPass on desktop but turns out it works even better for mobile. Never crashed. Perfectly synced with what I add while on desktop. Easy to use, allows both pin and facial recognition. Highly recommend!

Sync from. FF to LP on iOS takes seconds other way around does not work from iOS to FF plugin

Asks for login and 2fa all the time and does not work with Safari
Prompts multiple times for 2fa authentication verification when accessed from keyboard when trying to use lastpass from safari, while you're already logged in.
After you log in, you need to open authenticator application and then when you try to go back to Safari/Lastpass you're prompted with Safari page again and need to open Lastpass from keyboard again. Then it asks for login again and same problem continues.

Remove the frickin sms!
As much as I love LastPass, having a mandatory backup sms is just ridiculous. It’s outdated, clunky and raises a number of security issues. I’m not saying it is very easy to hack but for an app that’s all about security it is wrong.
