Failing after reading article.
App stops updating every few article. Can’t unsave/save/refresh. After some time shows http error and need to restart the app. It’s (not)working like that for long time. If not fixed soon I will start looking for alternatives.

Good with bugs
App is quite good but constant “no network/reload” on 3/4 LTE obstructing buttons on articles already loaded is really annoying to say the least. Maybe “retry” or “x” button to ignore? NOT the whole app reload. Do fix pls!

I’ve been using Feedly for over 2 years but yesterday the app stopped working and displays No network error. I tried reinstalling it but it doesn’t help.

No network error
I have been using Feedly for as long as I remember. Th “No network” error on a red banner at the bottom requiring to reload content (meaning no changes to read/unread are saved) made me check AppStore for RSS readers for the first time I remember.
The error happens on both iPhone and iPad, so it must be a software issue.
If corrected, I would still love and use the app. Otherwise, please avoid until a working release becomes available.

Email newsletters
Email newsletters is the main reason why I wanted to try Feedly.
First impression - Morning Brew newsletter is a mess in dark mode. Background stays white, while text turns white as well. It results in unreadable article.
Second impression - all email newsletters stopped working. I just get "Invalid URL" error when I try to open any of them.
I reported it, including screenshots on your Twitter, as I couldn't find any support page or email.
Also, some form of text-to-speech would be amazing. Right now, I have to export articles to Pocket so it can read it out loud.

Problem in Dark Mode
Hi app work ok but there is small problem when running app in dark mode. Problem shows only when I turn on the app, before app load news feed it has completely white blank screen screen. This looks bad when in middle of the night I want to read some news and completely white screen attacks my eyes before dark mode launches

Slow, hard to use
Too many clicks needed to create a new feed and add sources to it. Loading takes too long. The UI is mostly white space with small thumbnails and limited text.

I like the product overall, but I find the AI behind the pro tier sluggish and hardly working. Duplicates flow in, despite marked as such multiple times. Too pricy for what it can do. I'll stick to a lower tier next year.

Crashes on iOS 13 for me
Hi! I like the app, but it crashes when I'm trying to log in with Facebook – it happens since I've installed iOS 13. I'm choosing „log in with FB” link and the app is dead instantly 😞

Gets stuck on feed refresh
iPad 10,5. After one of recent updates to the app. It’s is beyond disgusting when consecutive app updates break otherwise working product for adding useless gimmicks.
Works fine on iPhone XS with the same account / networks so the problem is not with me.

Unreadable status bar on iPhone X sometimes
1. When an opened article has a light background the status bar text is sometimes also very light and therefore unreadable.
This is clearly the app's issue because when the same article is opened in Safari the status bar text becomes dark/black and is clearly readable on the light background.
2. Despite the night theme enabled the settings are always presented in light theme
3. No possibility to disable the most annoying feature ever - closing an article on scrolling it down. I accidentally close articles several times a day.

Repair Feedly
Hello, I love this app but after update it have lot of errors and crashes. On iPhone SE and iPad mini 4 for example: opening article and sometimes after going back to article list - error („script error”) and clearing all unread news. Another one: magazine/text only/cards view are shuffle-changing without my attention. Before update Feedly was perfect, now... well some things are annoying and making app uncomfortable in use. Please repair Feedly to back my satisfaction. You are doing great job, greetings!

Battery drain after update
After update the battery disappears much quicker then on the old version. Make possible choosing smaller font when browsing rss, it’s not possible to see full titles of many articles.

Some stuff not working
Flash card view was great, now it does not work, scrolling is ok, but I preferred old way . Saving for later requires additional step, which is honestly very annoying. Page layout for iPhone X is awful, huge bar on the bottom and the top of the screen.
Feedly used to be my favorite app, I will keep the app until next update, if they don't improve, farewell we had a good run.

A different Feedly everyone would love if only...
This is my original review of the new version:
“I love the looks of the new update.”
– Indeed, it looks great.
“But here is no way to mark he whole page read any more (yes: page, meaning what I can see at the moment na decide I don’t need to go into details, not a whole category or day!).”
– The above turned out to be not true. In fact, there is a setting that makes the whole page read as you swipe to another one. It fits my everyday digest purposes surprisingly well.
“I also absolutely hate the need to open articles in Safari, as suddenly it became a game of tapping there and back again. Horrible!”
– Also, not true. You can set the browser to “Default” which means the articles will open in web view within feedly.
What is really wrong about this update, though, is the lack of good onboarding to these new behaviours and features of the app. If not, you’re going to lose Users. Try an immersive approach: inject them in content, as articles. You can also do the same in the legacy Feedly.
I change my review from 1 to 5, therefore. Should be 4 as I’m missing one of the views and this onboarding to the new features is somewhat overlooked.

Now everything needs additional steps do the same action that was straight & simple in previous version i.e. marking “as read” and scrolling.
And long press to share via favorite app (i.e pocket) is now paid option? Really?

Bad update
It was bad update for me, because in previous version I could every category I have, set every article inside one category to open automatically in browser or in magazine mode in another category if I could read everything without going to browser. It is impossible now.

New design - new problems
Getting used to the new design is one thing (I feel it is less intuitive) but the biggest issue for me is that when you read an article and for some reason leave the app and come back to Feedly, the article closes itself and is marked as read. Then I have to look for it which is really annoying and time consuming...

If it’s not broken - don’t fix it. You completely blew this app with this update. Luckily you can still find the old one under Feedly Classic but I think it’s just a matter of time and they will kill it. Sadly... it’s time to look for an alternative.

I have not found a better application to read rss on ipad but after each return from the web browser at the article view the screen rotates 180 degrees - upside down. I do not know what's going on...? Four stars.

Rather good
Reading and synchronization across devices works very well. Unfortunately the app employs the most frustrating and disfunctional gesture control (long vs short swipes). It usually takes several attempts to complete a simple action and oftem results in misrecognition of the intended gesture.

Love this app but split screen is not working properly
This app is really great, but I have problems with split screen on iPad Pro 10.5 where formatting of the text is not working properly. Depending on the situation either article titles are overlapping or not completely showing. Also sometimes there is huge blank space next to properly shown text.
