I do not recommend this app. I lost access to my funds because I did swap there. Support team isn’t able to help - they don’t know what is going on and how long it will lasts. What is strange - I used non-custodial account.

Nice app with Terrible customer support
I’ve made XLM internal transfer in the blockchain.com with no memo attached (my fault). I contacted support several times to fix it and they asked me to send 1XLM again, then to send them screenshoots - all has been done by me but they still cant solve the issue claiming that they sent the issue to their appropiate department two weeks ago… still no answer even though I’m asking them every two days about the issue.

Swap
Everything was going well with this application until I did a swap from BTC to USD-D and the charges were as high as 40%. So unfair, everything I worked for was taken right in front of my eyes. Worst of all is I am unable to swap my money back from USD-D to crypto and even worst I can’t send to someone else as the charges to send is about 30% of what I am left with. This is so unfair with the very high commission/charges. I worked for months just for the blockchain to take ever gains from me plus a big part of capital😔
