It’s impossible to proof the address. Help center is useless
The app sends me a request to prove the address in the EU. I have permanent residentials, and I have PERMANENT proof of living at the address I provided, but they decline all the documents that were issued not in the last 6 months. BUT I HAVE PAPERS THAT TELL IT'S PERMANENT. 🤦♂️I don't get any bills in my name because I'm not the owner of the flat, in Poland we don't have address proof on invoices, just name. I even send them my contract with a new bank where I get the loan and do you know what they answered? Copy-paste information about what this bank is doing... It's a joke I guess. This is a simple action we can do, ask me to send a location or so, or check the documents in the chat, just count 1 + 1 and understand, that if I have all the documents I sent, looks like I live here, what do you think?
So in my opinion, if you don't have EU citizenship and you don't own an apartment, you will face a lot of problems from scratch, and the help center will not conciser any options except sending you the same list of documents, thinking it somehow helps.
I guess I'll not be able to buy any stocks anymore, which means I gonna leave the platform to any other local, that is more user-centric and understands burocrasy differences. 👋

Breaks GDPR
App requires much more information than necessary to identify, which breaks GDPR data minimisation principle. For ex., it is required to make photos of all documents putting everything in photo. I do not trust developers this much.

I think there is no better application
I just wanted to say that I have been using the application for almost 3 years, I would never change it for a better broker. What made an amazing impression on me is very low commissions, many payment options, an extremely clear interface, many actions, many ways of trading, but most of all, amazing support, the support in this application is really at the highest level and I have never met with such quick help. I recommend this application to anyone who would like to start trading

Comprehensive opinion
From usability and utility perspective app is amazing. It has great UI, UX, no bugs, works smoothly.
However a few things have to be importantly marked:
1. Support disappeared from the app, is it because of number of requests?
2. Policy of rolling the contracts is not clear
3. It asks for cookies and constant opinion sharing even though I am closing the pop up. Which means that app analytics trackers are constantly monitoring every move user makes inside the app
Therefore it brings plenty of other questions.
1. Do other pop ups are connected with analytics?
If is if they have the impact on user investment decisions and how many people lost a bunch of money due to that.

Is it a joke?
Big spreads, poor analysis system, support team respond time is more than a week. They promote themselves as “zero fee”, but the way they earn money is on spreads. Sometimes bigger than 20 pips on the biggest forex pairs... I don’t recommend the app, neither the broker

Terrible Market Practices
Absolutely atrocious with what they’re doing with GME. It’s my money and yet I can't engage with the market in a meaningful way on a vital day for trading. And I’m not talking about the intermediary broker that halted buying for a couple of hours world wide. Afterwards, the shares shot up in an unprecedented way and you deny me from buying more shares. Incredibly embarrassing. Similar apps are being sued already for the same actions. I see no outcome in which Trading212 gets out of this without a hindered reputation. Shame.

212trading blocked all buy actions on GME and AMC after stock of those companies rocketed. In order to protect big hedge funds they are willing to do everything.

Great app but the safety is a major concern
The app is very good and the trading platform works well but I cannot say it’s safe a safe tool for investors because it does not offer Two Factor Authentication yet, nowadays it’s a must. Other brokers like DeGiro offer this option and I would be more than happy to review the app 5 stars once the TFA is implemented, for now I do not trust the platform enough to put too much money in there.

Unable to switch watch lists on iPad
Seems as though the iPad version of the app doesn’t allow for switching watchlists. This greatly reduces its usefulness.
