Not able to even register

1. When trying to register in the app, no sms is getting sent to me and I’m not able to type any code in “Enter code from SMS” form.
2. A friend of mine paid in the application for booking and it got paid 2 times, money got debited from a card 2 times, but she is not able to get a refund for it, since a support team does not respond via an email for a week.
