The app begins with a simple onboarding process where you input your gender, age, height, and weight, and set a goal to achieve. This personalizes your experience and gives you accurate recommendations for your next steps.
2. BMI and Weight Tracking
On the main screen, you’ll see your Body Mass Index (BMI) displayed on a scale, which helps visualize your progress. In the “Weight” section, you can record your data daily and track changes, comparing it to your goal.
3. Daily Challenges
In the “Challenge” section, you’ll find daily tasks, such as drinking a certain amount of water, walking a specific number of steps, or burning a set amount of calories. This makes the process more engaging and keeps you motivated on your journey to your goal.
4. Daily Motivation
In the “Motivation” section, each morning, you’ll receive a new motivational quote to set you up for a productive day and keep you moving toward your goal. Wise words and encouragement will help you overcome any obstacles.
5. Personal Profile and Measurements
In the “Profile” section, you can edit your data, set new goals, and add body measurements. We also offer the ability to calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Ideal Body Weight to understand what weight is optimal for you.

The “Source” section contains links to various resources that offer additional recommendations and information on healthy eating, exercises, and weight loss.
