Horrible customer service not giving solutions , complicated process not understanding local differences for registration , phishy / blackmaily sounding emails .
Skrill behaves like a shady scammer more than a reliable payment provider. I’d sooner financially help Nigerian princess in my spam folder than use skrill again

Worst app ever
Account has been restricted and Skrill support (Aleksandr) do not any answer all the questions. I asked three times how to withdraw my money if account still restricted and they ignore any questions. I’m Ukrainian and forced to change my country to Poland and of course I didn’t get any response on how to do this, they just blocked the account with the rest of the funds.
I have never experienced such terrible support!

После создания счета и перевода денег попросили паспорт, затем права, затем выписку за комунальные, затем дать доступ к gps, затем попросили сделать селфи с документами. После чего просто закрыли счет и не вернули деньги. Теперь из за этих дибилов надо ходить по судам. Категорически не советую

Application and service terrible! For any operation you will pay commission, on many steps are restrictions, send money somewhere are not working (via IBAN number, on cryptocurrency wallet), support answer on question with automated answer, which is not given you answer at all! If you don’t want to loose your money, don’t use it! Not recommend!

Odradzam jakakolwiek współpracę z serwisem, której nie ma... Calkowity brak odpowiedzi na wiadomości pomimo upływu 72h, Customer Service na poziomie 0, bo po prostu nie istnieje. Po dokonanej weryfikacji nie możesz nawet zwrócić środków na swoje konto. Informacja na temat zwiększenia limitów oczywiście zakłamana ponieważ dalej wynosi 45zl, po wpisaniu nawet tej niskiej kwoty dalej są komunikaty o błędach

Najgorsza aplikacja obsługująca płatności
Poziom działania aplikacji jak i systemu to żart. Blokowanie transakcji bez podawania powodu (te same adresy) support chyba nie ma pojęcia co tam właściwie robi, nie są w stanie rozwiązać żadnego problemu.

Jestem jak najbardziej zadowolony z aplikacji, nikt tak szybko nie pokazuje mi stanu konta jak Skrill, ale mam dwie uwagi:
1. Czasem jest spory klopot z zalogowaniem do aplikacji
2. Macie sporą lukę, poniewaz chcac zasilic konto z banku poprzez appke musze przejsc do ekranu wiadomosci sms aby wpisac kod sms potwierdzajacy przelew. Niestety potem powrot do aplikacji skrill konczy sie tym ze trzeba sie zalogowac od nowa i procedure przelewu uruchomic ponownie, zatem nie da rady zasilic konta z banku przez aplikacje!
