Extremely poor UX

It’s a shame to have such a slow and not user friendly app in 2022. I had to enter my bank details 3 times because of some bugs in the app only to learn after that I can’t finish submitting my to claim now since Cigna needs 24h to add my bank account details to the system…

Claim submission

When you submit a claim and open attached photo, you cannot go back to the claim, you have to restart the app, hence start submitting claim again

Very poor application

App crashes every second time, it is full of bugs- for example if You open PDF document you cannot close it, you must restart app.

Updated version

Updated version is a disaster, even during logging in 3 times resulted just white screen with no way to continue

The New Version is buggy, when I wanted to submit a claim, I entered all of the data but it did not allow me to save and go to step 2, instead, I had to close the app and open it again. Also, the layout of the app resembles more a website than an app.

If you don’t have to...

...don’t use it. It’s one of the worst apps I am forced to use for years, not improving and constantly crashing. UX/UI is done by a school project team, judging by the quality and performance.
