Probably the worst business app ever
I don’t know why there’s even one good review. Since the moment I’ve stared using this app I had multiple problems every day and meta isn’t really solving them. They’re so many bugs and I’ve spent hours trying to promote one ad (and I’ve reported every single bug). I had to disconnect my company’s instagram profile from the facebook page on my computer and only then I was able to connect them again through ads manager on my phone. It’s neither customer friendly nor intuitive.

Never seen such a bugged app before. CRASHES everytime I’m trying to upload a video add. The interface changes also, the plus „ add” button dissapears. „can’t upload video” each time, no reason given, tried various formats. And yes, I have a required iPhone to run the app well. Can’t make an ad!

The app before the update was great! After the change it is hopeless, it takes a long time to buy, it is illegible and you should not use it!

Invoice issue
Unfortunate, I’m not able to download the receipts for my payments due to the technical issue inside the app. I have been trying to download n the invoice for the 3 month in a roll.When I’m trying to download the receipt the information appears on the screen:
“Something went wrong.Please try again later”
It’s a big issue for me because it causes my accounting.

Przestała działać!
Po aktualizacji do iOS 15 ta aplikacja, jak wiele innych przestała działać. Po wybraniu konta reklamowego pojawia się komunikat o konieczności włączenia powiadomień… i tyle. Nie można nic więcej zrobić. Ponadto jest źle skalowany, nie mieści się w ekranie. Beznadziejne podejście.

East to get scammed by Facebook
You deserve no star. My account was hacked and i reported to Facebook immediately and facebook flag down my account although i sent them hundreds of documents to prove my identity and everything however Facebook decided to support scammers so have nothing to say

Change that policy scammers
My facebook ad with a big heading in the creative gave me 200% better ROI (due to 3 times better CTR) yet facebook informed me that text heavy ads preform badly and that they will show my ad less for the same amount getting me almost back to where I started. Such a scam.

To be reworked
It was nice in the past but this time it is constantly freezing and after one use it is dark screen. It is realny annoying. If I want to use it I have to reinstall it many times. The app was good in the past but now it’s very bad.

The new version is horrible
Tragic - the newest updates constantly asks to turn on the notifications (THANKS, NOT INTERESTED), pushes me into choosing a constant advertisement by default instead of letting me edit it from the scratch, does not recognize the fact that I have a few fanpages and is really slow. FIX IT, please.
