Stripe keeps our money! Please help us!!!!
We are a foundation in Poland. Three weeks ago we started to use Stripe to get donations from our donors for our project. We wanted to make it easier for them to send the money than using traditional bank transfers. We are going coming weekend with kinds from children's shelter to the sea side to teach them surfing us a way of a therapy for them. We also take children who come from Ukraine and lost their parents in war. Stripe for over three weeks keeps over 1300 USD which we got from the donors. We need them to pay the instructors and the surf resort we are going to stay in. On Stripe we have a status that payout is impossible please contact our support. When we contact them they write us bank that the are working on the issue, but nothing is changing for 2 weeks already. Please can anybody help us? We need the money for the camp! Otherwise we can’t pay for it and the kids won’t go! The are waiting for it for a long time. That’s is going to be their first holiday in their live. We are disappointed that Stripe treats us in such a way! THAT was the last thing we expected. Why stripe keeps our money! The money goes to help CHILDREN???!!! How Stripe can do this? How to tell the kids! The even don’t know what Stripe is…..
