The purpose of this book is not to teach set movements. It is to introduce you to the practice of zhan zhuang as a method for accessing your own innate knowing so that you are not dependent upon me or any external teacher for your learning. It is about supporting you in experiencing your own original genius and expressing it in whatever form you choose.
